I stayed with me husband for 2 nights at this hotel. I selected it because of the price and mainly the location. The location is really good, close to the River Main and the city center, a lot of bars and restaurants around. A As I booked I found the price affordable for a city like Frankfurt, but do not expect much. The hotel is very basic but enough if you just want to stay for a couple of nights and do not spend much time in the hotel anyway. Wifi works and parking is available behind the hotel on a little parking yard, but it will cost you another 10 Euro per night! I booked without breakfast and decided that we do not eat breakfast at the hotel as it was ridiculously expensive for a breakfast, so we ended up having breakfast somewhere else. The basin in our bathroom was leaking but the staff managed to fix it by the time we returned to the hotel in the evening. We didn't mind the hotel to be basic, we were not looking for something fancy, but it is very important to us that the staff is friendly, but that depended on who was sat at the reception. One of the receptionist was every bearish and unfriendly and we always got the feeling that we disturbed him... We didn't really feel like being treated like guests of the hotel, and that's why I have to give it only POOR. But location-wise it is good, apart from that average.

I stayed only 1 night. The room was clean, internet - good, reception - polite. I chose this hotel because of the location, it was really close to the center and the price was really good. I recommend it for people who are looking for the good price in that area of the city.

Stayed for two nights. It's a very basic hotel. Don't expects anything else then a bed and an (outdated) bathroom. But it does the job. What didn't do the job was the wifi. Very unstable, slow line that causes much frustration. I prefer to pay for a decent wifi, rather than have this troublesome.

Second visit to Frankfurt Stayed here for Christmas market. Great location. Helpful staff and great breakfast . Hotel is a little run down but clean ,ideal location in old town .would defiantly go back

I stayed here for 10 nights whilst working in Frankfurt. The room was basic but decent, good cleaning and great location. However, on checkout, at reception they tried to charge me again, even though I'd already paid when booking! I found the whole experience really upsetting, the staff member didn't even apologise and I felt like I was being questioned as though I was guilty. It was really unpleasant and although I'd like to stay here again when I next visit Frankfurt for work, I'm not sure if I want to if I have to go through this kind of experience again.

Stayed for 2 nights and everything works except so called "early check in" which is an extra Euro15. The reason was simple, I arrived very early ( 06:30 am ) on a Sunday morning and the cleaning lady did not show up at the usual 9 am! Anyway no big deal since I decided to visit museums instead of going to the trade fair! The service was good and the only complaint is that the shower area is very small and problem for a big guy.....

Where to start, the non friendly receptionist or the awfull odor that welcomed us in our room? This hotel was simply terrible. The staff was not nice, the room was ice cold and we could smell the bathroom and the walls were so thin, you could hear someone breath on the corridor. Never again.

This hotel is in a relatively good area(a fantastic area if your a traffic light enthusiast or a grotty- roadworkphillie) it's a 10 min walk to the main old town square. The rooms are your classic two singles pushed together(why can mainland Europe knock out bureaucracy on bananas sizes and dodgy grants Irish farmers like it's going out of fashion but can't make a mattress bigger than a 4 by 6ft?! Answers on several forms please!) it's your typical desk and mahogany look room with a good room Cleaning service. The breakfast was your typical European affair you know: fruit that's swimming in what you hope is water; weird bread; a tonne of scrambled eggs; women with freshly non brushed showered hair in boot cuts and dodgy 90's gear and "jarg"(Assam) tea. That's it. Ok kind of like a egg cress meal deal no one would pick it or hate it but it's ok.

Hotel was clean and breakfast buffet very good. Located next to an old area of town with lots of restaurants. It was about a fifteen minute walk to the Dom and other tourist areas. The Lokal S bahn station is close by. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for 5 nights in mid October. Frankfurt Book Fair was in progress so room rates were sky high (had no choice but to be in Frankfurt at this time) and were not reflective of what should be a reasonable rate for a 3 star (at best) hotel. The location is very good being 5 minutes walk to an S Bahn station and there are trams just around the corner. There are lots of "Apple Wine" taverns nearby. You can walk to the old town in about 20 minutes. Our room was small but clean and the bed very comfortable. Hotel very quiet.Breakfast was very ordinary, with not much choice. Staff quality varied from helpful to offhand. At a realistic price this hotel would be fine for a stay of a few nights
