4th floor room elevator not working. Enjoyed breakfast in the morning and coffee was brewed - didn't have to stand behind 10 people at the espresso machine!!! Coffee was really good, btw.

I chose this hotel because it was listed as having an airport shuttle and free WiFi in the rooms. Make sure you book the airport shuttle in advance - it's not free - 15 Euro. They didn't know that I needed it, so they hadn't scheduled a driver. They had the cook from the restaurant come to pick me up in the shuttle! (He was really nice.) They said that the WiFi wasn't working in the rooms, however I was able to use it without a problem. The breakfast buffet was ample, and the staff, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well appointed.

This looks to be a new hotel. Elevator is behind doors, so make sure to plan for that. They do have a luggage cart, so that helped. However, I had trouble getting my big suitcase sideways through the somewhat narrow door, so plan for that. Also, the trip into the room on the cart will be *very* bumpy as there are numerous obsticles that you need to roll the cart over on your way. You'll be fine as long as the cart is not overloaded and too finely balanced. The restaurant was decent but the service was *very* slow. I was there almost at closing, so the service may be better during a reasonable mealtime. The food came out hot and as advertised. I had the Goulash soup & Jager Schnitzel. The schnitzel was a huge slab of meat, and the sauce (which tasted pretty much like cream of mushroom soup) was loaded with real mushrooms. Check in and check out were no problems at all. The staff spoke acceptable English, and there were no communication problems. The overall hotel was quiet, despite my flagging Noisy as a negative. I don't know what was going on, but there were a bunch of construction-like noises coming from the main floor below (I was up one floor from the lobby). Once those stopped (midnight or later), everything was quiet. Did not notice room-to-room noises.
