Very disappointed with this hotel. I was unable to order food in the restaurant without first ordering a beer. I explained that I don’t drink beer and was subsequently quizzed about my drinking habits. Had to order water before the meal could be ordered €6.50 Breakfast was an additional €19 and was poor to say the least. Each morning I settled for a cereal and a coffee. The coffee does not come with the meal and carries an additional cost of €6. Yes extra if you want coffee with your breakfast. To add insult to injury the receptionist played around with my company credit card and said that the provider had refused payment. I had to find the trip from my personal account, to later find out that no request for payment had been made on the original card. There are very few places to eat in area and you are a captive audience for a bad service.

Me,my wife and 2 children stayed 2 nights here and it was a satisfying stay. We got to the hotel earlier than expected and I was surprised to find our room ready. Thumbs up. The room was very clean, spacious with comfortable beds, a safe and a mini bar. There's also an outdoor pool which is very good for families with small children. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices ( Omelette, pancakes croissants, bacon, cheese, sausages etc) My only disappointment was with the parking. The last time I stayed here, about 5 years ago, parking was free within the hotel compound. Now it cost 9€ to park per day within the outside parking lot of the hotel. Paying to park underground in an hotel is understandable but not outside. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfectly located for the nearby Messe and about a €20 taxi ride into town. A typical Novotel in terms of layout and finish. Really comfy bed. Staff who spoke English and were professional and patient. Bit disappointed by very limited restaurant menu and very limited breakfast choice. If a light sleeper perhaps ask for a room at the rear as a little road noise at the front. 10 minute walk (via underpass) to the exhibition centre.

I recently spent a week at this hotel as I was at the Messe for the IWA show. The location of this hotel makes it an ideal location if you are attending a show or visiting Nuremberg. The Messe is an easy walk with the subway station allowing access to the balance of Nuremberg being alone the leisurely walk. The hotel features a comfortable bar and full restaurant which offers a great breakfast (add to your room package it's a great value). Each night different dinner features are offered which are well priced and very tasty. If you want something light they offer 3-4 pizza options at the bar which are very affordable as an option. Rooms are larger size compared to other hotels in Germany and are nicely decorated as well as functional. The hotel staff is both courteous and friendly. Going out of their way to say hello and see you are enjoying your stay.

This is the 4th year that I have stayed at this location and every year I say i won't stay there next year. The location to MESSE is so close that it makes it hard for me not to stay here. The food is OK at best. Staff is awesome expeciall Stephan at the bar what a fine youngman. NO in room iron and the ironing room was closed most of the time during my stay. The fitness room is really a joke.. Three pieces of cardo equipment and the Sauna has not worked in 4 years. The room cleaning was just a joke as well. I honestly am not sure they changed my sheets in 4 days and I asked everyday for them to be changed

just a 15 minute walk from the Nurnberg Messe which is super convenient. However, the hotel is rather dull. Rooms are comfortable but would need to be renovated in term of look and feel. Staff is really kind and helpful. Restaurant is good although there isn't too much choice on the menu.

The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious for two adults and one child (13).The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city. Parking is not expensive 24/7 8 euros. It has a decent breakfast. It is located near the metro station leading to the city center. The city is beautiful at Christmas, a beautiful x-mas market, the river, the castle ...

Not a bad hotel but way out of city. The resturant was poor at both dinner and breakfast. The room needed some attention as it was very tired looking. The only reasonable thing about the hotel was that it had free parking

Stopped off for one night travelling from london to Hungary. After an 8 hour drive from the Eurotunnel at Calais, we arrived at about 11.30pm. The check in guy was friendly and after 2 minutes we were in our room. 2 adults and 2 kids, the room was perfect for a one night stay. Big king bed and a sofa bed for the kids. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. We slept very well and enjoyed breakfast the following morning. A good selection of hot and cold food, nice and fresh. Quick check out after breakfast as we continued our journey stopping in Vienna. I am pleased that I have also book this hotel for 1 more night on our return to the UK after the Christmas holidays. Thank you

poor service, old rooms, reservation went wrong, the whole day the dirty linnen was out in the hallway. only one elevator for the entire hotel, incompetent staff, and so on and so on. completly bad choice
