Clean spacious rooms, good breakfast and friendly service. Only thing I would recommend is ask for a room which is not facing the busy street at the front of hotel. Stayed one night and wasn't disappointed - it's a good business hotel. And easy to cross the bridge over to the old part of town for dining etc..

Stayed one night in a "Privilege" room, for business purposes. Found the hotel perfectly adequate to my needs. 15-min on foot to the city center, large room with all amentities, high level of service and a delicious breakfast buffet with a great variety of food and beverages. Slightly expensive but this is Germany... Will stay again should I return to Wuerzburg, either for business or pleasure.

Stayed for 5 nights in early December, hotel was clean and comfortable(rooms typical European sized(small to Americans) but not iny, Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was onsite and a bargain at 6 euros a nite(outside). Woke up one morning to find a little assortment of Christmas chocolates outside our door(very sweet touch) Hotel was maybe a 10 minute walk to the Christmas Market and a little less than 20 minutes to the Residence. You have to go down the street a few blocks and than cross a pedestrian bridge to get to the old town, but was an easy walk. Hotel has a decent lounge with a few different beers an a good number of wines. Only down side we saw was the traffic at the end of the work day, caught it one day coming back from a day trip and thought I was in downtown Atlanta, luckily, only lasts about an hour every evening. Hotel was very quiet at night

Very clean, tidy and very helpful staff, .Good breakfast with lots of choice. the hotel was bijou and tastefully decorated in a modern theme, bright and airy with tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

We stayed at the Mercure for two nights while visiting the historic sites in Wurzburg. The hotel is conveniently located on the other side of the river from the old town. This is exactly what we were looking for as we love to walk. We parked our car in the carpark (a bit confusing procedure, but it was fine) and spent two days exploring the city on foot. The hotel is modern and the room was clean and comfortable. The free wifi worked well. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel or have a snack or drinks there so we cannot comment, but it is always nice to have those services available. This hotel fit our needs perfectly and we would stay there again.

Clean but not particularly cheap. Limited menu, a nice warm-up I would call it. No guaranteed car parking despite adding it to the booking and when I got it I hardly could get out due to being blocked by another guest. Apparently no control but paying for it as an extra.

We stayed here for 2 nights - the hotel is centrally located off the Mainbrucke and very close to the old town. The hotel itself is modern and clean. Our room overlooked the road but there was no road noise and had a beautiful view of the town. The breakfast was delicious offering sausages, eggs and bacon as well as fresh fruits, breads and pastries. A very nice receptionist took our bags as we had a few hours before our flight and wanted to have one last look around the town before making our way to the airport. It's a great hotel and we will definitely stay again!

We arrived with a party of 24 people from Prague to spend one night on our way back to Brussels. The coach could park right in front of the hotel which made the luggage problem non existant ! Everything was planned for our arrival and the rooms had all the required amenities. The carpeting in the corridors looked a bit special but that did not bother us. We also booked supper in advance and this was well taken care off by an external caterer. Afterwards most of us stayed at the nearby bar to enjoy some extra drinks. Breakfast was of the buffet type which suits everybodies' taste.

We stayed here on our first night of a cycle trip along the Main River. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff were very good. the hotel is only a short walk from the historic centre, which is well worth a visit.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. It is not in the historic centre, but reasonably close. The staff were helpful and friendly. The wifi worked well. The room was clean and there was a tea pot and a coffee machine. I wish there were a mini fridge - that would have been much appreciated. One other point (though minor) is that the shower is one of these partially open showers which it is impossible to use without getting water all over, and there was not much storage space by the sink (though there was a shelf above the toilet). I liked the ability to open the windows as well (very rare in the US/UK). We didn't try the breakfast as we are not big breakfast eaters and it was a bit on the expensive side, but it looked good. There is paid parking on-site.
