The hotel staff were really helpful. We arrived really late and our luggage was lost at the airport. They lent us chargers and gave us toothbrushes and toothpaste. The room had a gorgeous view of the castle. It was a central location; about 10min walk into town along the river.

Good location to restaurants and activities. 2 issues stood out. The on site parking is ridiculous (spaces way too small to open car doors). Also, front desk did not tell us to keep our parking ticket upon check in. Also, the daily room service came to the door at 9:00am.
