The ground floor features a functional kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, oven and fridge-freezer, making everyday cooking simple and efficient. Two bedrooms on this level - one with a double bed and one with twin single beds - provide flexible accommodation. Upstairs, the living and dining room includes a TV and dining table, creating a separate space to relax or gather for meals. A third bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom completes the upper floor layout. Air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and private parking ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.

Outdoors, the property is designed for Mediterranean living. A private swimming pool (open April to October) sits within the garden, complemented by a terrace, grill, outdoor shower and fireplace - ideal for long afternoons and relaxed evening dining. Families are well catered for with a high chair and a complimentary baby crib.

From here, you are within easy reach of the dramatic gorges of Gole dell'Alcantara, the slopes of Mount Etna and the beaches of Taormina, known for its historic theatre and coastal views. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only small dogs allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height). Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
