Good for the price

Good option for those who are driving, easy access to the main road leaving orarriving to Foz do Iguaçu. Simple and small rooms, but provides a good bed...and an amazing breakfast, better than many luxury hotels I have visited.

The hotel was very clean. My room was made and clean daily. The breakfast was great as there was a selection of breakfast buffet available. The reception staff were very helpful and although we didn't speak the same language we used Google Translate. The pool at the back was clean and it was great to sit around. The only issue I had during my stay was that the WiFi didn't work in my room. I was staying in room 120. For some reason couldn't connect to the WiFi but I could connect in the lobby area and outside by the pool area. I informed reception and they were very quick to ask a technician to look at it and he tried very hard to sort it but couldn't resolve the issue. I managed by using the WiFi in the lobby area and by the pool. Other than this I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

O hotel é bom, café da manhã maravilhoso. Na quarta feira 03/06 umas 11:00 da manhã os funcionários que estavam lá conseguiram nos trocar de quarto, os quartos de frente para BR não tem como dormir a atendente que estava na terça feira 02/06 à noite nos atendeu muito mal, não fez questão de nos trocar de quarto falando que na quarta cedo estaria resolvido, foi embora e não avisou as colegas de trabalho deixando elas na mão, nos mais 5/10 nota pro hotel

Nossa experiência infelizmente não foi positiva. Reservamos um quarto de casal, mas fomos acomodados em um quarto diferente do contratado. Além disso, o principal problema foi o chuveiro, que não funcionava adequadamente e permanecia com água gelada em dias de muito frio. Informamos o problema na primeira noite, porém não houve solução imediata. No dia seguinte fomos informados de que o chuveiro havia sido consertado, mas o problema continuou. O mais frustrante foi ouvir da recepção que estávamos em um quarto “maior”, como se isso compensasse a falta de funcionamento de um serviço básico da hospedagem. Só conseguimos tomar banho porque tínhamos familiares hospedados em outro quarto do hotel. Esperávamos uma solução mais eficiente e um atendimento mais acolhedor diante da situação e isso não aconteceu.

Não vale a pena. O atendimento é horrível, o quarto estava imundo, cabelos presos na parede do banheiro, quarto minúsculo… quando questionei na recepção fui informado que as fotos do site são meramente ilustrativas; que não podia fazer nada; que eu podia reclamar na ouvidoria mais que 75% dos casos não dá em nada. O gerente não quis atender, não quiseram disponibilizar troca de quarto. Enfim, não vale a pena se hospedar nesse hotel. Além de todos os inconvenientes, é longe do centro, de bancos, restaurantes e etc. tb não é tão próximo da ponte, é o café não é nada além do simples básico.
Um formulário que me foi dado, sob a alegação de que não adiantava reclamar
