We had a wonderful time on our winter retreat over President's Day. The home was spacious and cozy with comfy beds and a nice kitchen. We loved that each room had its own bathroom PLUS there was a powder room. And the hottub outside was maybe our favorite part! It was nice to be warm and bubbly outside on a cold winter's evening.Reminder to take earplugs as the bar next door exudes some noise next door, but overall, we were sad to leave.

Very clean!! Adequate kitchen for our needs.Location is central to Woodstock, Lake Geneva, Volo, and Gurnee. Very prompt to answer questions or concerns. Could have better seating in the living room. Kinda low and you sink into couch. Hard to get out of. Had a wonderful time!!

We had the most fabulous time. The interior and exterior of the property were beautiful and very well kept. We used the kayaks everyday and it was so much fun looking at the different houses on the channels. I would go back every year.

The house was very clean and well laid out. Having en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom was amazing. Any amenity we needed was available. The living room tv did not have a remote but I was able to download a remote app to use. The management did offer to bring another remote over but we declined. It wasn’t a big deal. The hot tub is probably the only full functioning hot tub we have ever experienced at a VRBO! So big props for the hot tub! It was definitely a highlight for the property. We also thoroughly enjoyed the natural gas firepit. I must note that this property shares a lot and parking lot with an extremely loud bar just feet from the house. Loud music and shouting were heard each night until at least midnight yet we found it a bit laughable that the management mentions in numerous places about a city decibel level warning and that our decibel level was being recorded. So we were quiet but sleeping was for sure a challenge with this property and the bar feet from the house is not mentioned in the listing and after the loud music and noise every night you should be told about this in the property listing

My birthday weekend on the Chain of Lakes

The place was really great. I will book with you again.it had everything. Kayaks, paddle boat, a boat lauch. A pier to tie my boat to. Access to the chain of lakes. All the yard games you could ask for. Conveniently located to shopping and bars.The house was modern and beautifully decorated. With ample bathrooms and kitchen living space. The outsideliving space was incredible with a bonfire pit and bbq and space to eat and socialize.Our host was awesome. Thank you again. It was the perfect retreat to bring my family to to celebrate on the chain of lakes.

Celebrate Graduation of Sailor Recruit

We came to this area to attend my grandson's graduation from Navy Bootcamp. The house is modern with all the conveniences in the kitchen to make home cooked meals for our Navy sailor. All of the beds were super comfy. We loved all of the smart TVs and the roominess of the living room and bedrooms. The towels and bed linens were of high quality and added to the comfort. Some geese were swimming on the canal and provided extra entertainment. The owners checked on us frequently and were a joy to work with start to finish. We all said we would definitely book this property again when coming to the area in the future. Thanks for a wonderful mini vacay.
