Hayal kırıklığı.

Banyoda klozet ve lavabo temizlenmemişti. Gider tıkandığından göl içinde duş alıyorsunuz. Karşılama diye bir şey yok. Otel ismine yakışmıyor. Aldıkları parayla çok daha iyi ve kendileriyle kıyaslanmayacak oteller var.

Otelinizde konaklamam boyunca, beklentilerimin üzerinde bir hizmet deneyimi yaşadım. Akşam vardiyasındaki resepsiyon personeli son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Odaya eşlik eden personelin benimle paylaştığı bilgiler, ihtiyaçlarımı doğru yönetmeme yardımcı oldu ve oldukça faydalıydı. Uzun yıllardır konaklama sektöründe çalışan biri olarak, işini severek yapan ve bu motivasyonunu misafirlere yansıtan böylesine değerli bir çalışanla karşılaşmak gerçekten umut vericiydi. Sohbetimizde turizm mezunu olduğunu öğrendim. Ne yazık ki, son yıllarda bu yetenekli gençlerin farklı sektörlere yöneldiğini görmek üzücü. Normalde otelde kahvaltı yapmayı düşünmüyordum, ancak açık büfenin zenginliği ve tazeliği fikrimi değiştirdi. Tüm ürünler taze ve lezzetliydi. Açık büfe ve self servis olmasına rağmen servis alanındaki beyefendinin çayımı masama kadar getirmesi ince ve takdir edilesi bir davranıştı. Misafir ilişkilerinden sorumlu genç hanımefendiyle yaptığım kısa sohbet ise ayrı bir keyifti. Geri bildirimlerimi samimiyetle dinleyip nazik bir şekilde ilgilendi. Tüm ekip üyelerinin misafir memnuniyetine odaklı, ilgili ve yardımsever olmaları konaklamamı daha da özel kıldı. Otelin konumu oldukça avantajlı; hemen yanında bir AVM bulunuyor ve taksi ihtiyacınız olduğunda çok kısa sürede geliyor. Merkez noktalara yakınlığı da konfor sağlıyor. Ayrıca, temizlik konusunda oldukça titiz biriyim; bu nedenle özellikle belirtmek isterim ki oda, yatak ve nevresim takımları tertemizdi. Teşekkür ederim
