o hotel apesar de bem localizado, contrasta com o cenário de sua localização. o flat com péssimo odor, o banheiro com vasos amarelados, conjunto de cama sujo, móveis deteriorados. na verdade o que o torna assim é ausência de manutenção, pois o flat tem tudo para ser bonito.

Adoramos o Luzon, o Flat ofereceu o que precisamos, muito organizado, limpeza diária, piscina razoável. Próximo à muitos bares e restaurantes, além de estar a um pulo da praia.

O atendimento no lobby foi excelente. Todos os recepcionistas nos trataram com muita cordialidade e educação. O único inconveniente era o ar condicionado que não dava conta devido ao tamanho do quarto. O quarto era muito grande para um ar condicionado de 7500 btus. A arrumação do quarto deixava a desejar. Apenas era esticado o lençol da cama. De resto foi tudo perfeito. Ficaria no hotel novamente. A localização era excelente, e havia um supermercado muito perto, o que era bem conveniente, dado que não havia café da manhã no hotel.

Lugar errado em uma localização certa

Muito boa localização. Precisa de uma reforma urgente. Péssimo lençóis, Porta não fechava direito e a porta da varanda não fechava de jeito nenhum. Ar-condicionado na gela e o fogão não funcionou e precisou de uma pessoa vir olhar. Enfim, se procurar só a localização e esquecer conforto..... Esse lugar é o certo

Só o que prestou foi a cordialidade dos funcionários. Muito gentis e solícitos. Quanto ao quarto estava morfado, colchão velho, ar condicionado de 7.500 btus pra um quarto de 15m2 e a TV que não funcionou.

precisando melhorar

Passamos momentos difíceis no hotel porque o telefone de quarto não funcionava, fiquei com uma pessoa da família com um virose, e não conseguíamos manter contato com ninguém, até para comprar remédios tive que descer para ligar, e os familiares não puderam contactar conosco, porque ninguém na portaria queria chamar foi um caos. Pedi para ficar mais um dia pois ele estava muito debilitado disseram que não tinha vagas,FUI NA INTERNET e tinha vagas, uma dificuldade muito grande na recepção de do hotel.Mudamos para outro para evitar aborrecimentos .Uma gerencia muito a desejar ali nunca deveria ser um hotel ou Flat, com uma direção dessas, precisa ter uma nova administração. Como vai mudar para moradia, creio que deve ser esse o problema.

Ótimo custo benefício

O luzon nos proporcionou uma ótima estadia por um ótimo preço. O apartamento é amplo, com cozinha, o que é ótimo para quem quer economizar. O bairro é 10, perto da orla, que é movimentada inclusive a noite, com feirinhas e restaurantes e bares próximos. Recomendo pelo preço pago valeu muito a pena. Pontos negativos: o fogão não possui acendedor, a cozinha não tem fósforo e apenas duas panelas, sem frigideiras, o hotel em geral é antigo.
