Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
It's the worst place I have ever been. There is black mold on the walls and floor. There is graffiti on the walls and furniture. There was a broken chair in the room. There were broken down cars in front of my door. They haven't moved in months at least. There was trash piled up to the roof in the cars. One car had rocks behind the tires to keep it from rolling. There were people living in the building. The pool was broken. The snack machine was broken. I had an eleven hour drive. I was willing to overlook it all because I wanted a shower and go to bed. The worst part of all was the shower. There was no mat or anti slip material of any kind in the tub. I got in an promptly slipped, hitting my head on the back of the tub and my ribs on the side. I asked for my money back from the desk and was told that I could not have it back for that night. I went to the desk in the morning and explained everything again and asked for my money back. The manager said he would give it back. I then received an email stating that I wasn't going to get it back. I eventually did get it back according to a woman from Expedia that called me on the phone a week later. Expedia should drop this property from their service immediately. I would suggest that Motel 6 drop the property also. The worst stay ever. I HAVE PICTURES to back it all up. I have contacted an injury lawyer.
