Airport van service made me walk through the rain to the van in the parking lot instead of driving under the overhanging roof. It was like they just bought the hotel and was figuring it out as they went.

I booked 2 rooms #211 & #212 for 2 nights. I received over 27 bed bug bites. My son received 9 bed bug bites. The Front Desk Manager said "He was sorry, and he would comp our rooms". I've been back home for a few days now and have tried contacting them numerous times,and they are ignoring the situation. ORBITZ contacted them and the Hotel Manager said he would not comp us our rooms. I would rather sleep in my car or on the street before I would stay in this hotel. The Managers are Liars.

Orbitz website said shattle service is available from 6am to 11pm, so I booked this hotel. Once I arrived at airport around 2pm, I called hotel for shuttle service to get picked up. The hotel said, they do not run shuttle from 11am to 6pm, so I need to wait almost 4 hours to get picked up. I told them, "the web site saids shuttle service is available 6am to 11pm." Then, hotel tells me "Orbitz or Expedia websites are not run by hotel, if they post false information, it is Orbitz or Expedia`s fault, not Days Inn`s", and would not help me to get transportation to hotel. So I ended up taking Uber.

The beds were good. The continental breakfast was very disappointing. The shower was dirty and didn't work well.

The outside has curb appeal, and the desk clerk was very pleasant.

Need more vending machine options. Other then that it’s quite how I like it I was able to check in late with no problems being that my flight got in late

Only 1 tv worked, and only got 1 channel. Mattress was crap, mold in shower. Room smelled like burnt coffee. We had to go to store and buy Febreeze so we could tolerate smell. Vending machines didn’t work. Over all a lousy stay and definitely not worth what we had to pay.

Stranded in Dallas due to weather and cancelled flights. Most hotels were full, and we found one room here at the last minute. The shuttle was efficient both ways, and the bedding was comfortable. The shower had minimal water pressure. The breakfast was minimal, with no fresh coffee for over 15 minutes.

This hotel was going through a major issue the weekend we stayed there. They had a water problem. They were still able to honor our reservation, but there was a lot of loud noises due to fans and workers and fire alarms. The breakfast and facilities were disappointing. The rate was very reasonable, however. If you are looking for a hotel close to the airport for a low fee, this place is fine, but don't expect too much.

Room was decent. It was clean, just very outdated. There was cereal with no milk, toast, and egg omelets in a bag. In other words, breakfast was not good.
