I have never had problems with any hotel ever. But this place was absolutely the worst place I had stayed in. First the clerk was rude and our room wasn't even clean. Beds were not made it was nasty. Don't stay here.
Didn't see bugs. But beds were not made, looked like someone slept in them and then just pulled the sheets back up. Grease stains and cuts all over them. carpet does not fit room as tho it is from somewhere else and put in second hand; corners pulled up, other areas bunched up not tacked down. Large holes above the shower. Nasty floors haven't been cleaned in along time, not even swept or vaccuumed. Grime inside drawers. No hangers. Homeless sleeping under stairs. Black SUV with blacked out windows circling parking lot all night with people meeting the driver in the road way.
The rooms are old and dirty. The towels were ruff, bed pillows were flat as hell. I will never stay here again. I had bleach in my car that I used to wipe down the head board, clean the counter tops, and bath tub. Nasty trash was under the bed and all behind the chair.
Hotel condition was run down. Water in shower would fluctuate from freezing to scalding. Overnight police arrived lights and sirens into the parking lot, three units total.
Poor neighbourhood, quit night. Older hotel, but for 50.00 I can't complain. The staff was very helpful. Lots of eateries walking distance. Easy on and off IH 35W. Clean room. Comfortable for me. Parking lot too small for the snout of traffic.
I had a few problems with them charging me even though I did the go free nights I was charged 20$ for two nights so I don't understand where the free is if u had to pay. Also on the web it said that I would get a few items in my room which I didn't which is false advertisement same thing happen when we stanued at the knights inn false advertisemeant your room has a fireplace didn't see one
I'm a positive-minded person and I give credit where it is due. Thus, I am sad to say that nothing about my stay was positive. I had to make two calls for repairs to the tv and to the light above the sink. I had to just deal with a steady flow of bugs under the door. The refrigerator did not work. There were stains on the wall and headboard that i chose not to try to identify their source. There were ants in the breakfast foods, including the juice dispenser and oatmeal. I witnessed persons running through the parking lot and pool area nude. I was approached by unsavory characters outside my door, wanting a light or inquiring about my "needs" on several occasions. Conversely, I need to say that the staff was cordial
I was looking for a cheap motel room for a single night stay in the DFW area. That's what I got. No frills, pretty run down. Courteous staff, but not a real eye-popping place. But it was inexpensive, and that's what I was looking for.
This was one of the worst Days Inn we stayed at while traveling for 4 weeks across the US. Carpets were dirty and worst of all some electric cords were haphazardly spliced together which is a potential tragedy waiting to happen.
This place was awful. Dirty. Lights didn't work. Shower only 1/2 worked. Old tube tv was full of static. Spots of carpet actually torn up. Paint damage. The list goes on. Also it is totally ghetto. The patrons looked like a mixture of dope heads and prostitutes. Wifi didn't work. Went to 'continental breakfast' at 9:00 on a Sunday. There was no coffee and they said we were too late - didn't even offer to make more.
