After driving 1300 miles, I arrived at the hotel only to find out that they had rented out my room and that my reservation through Orbitz would not be honored.

awful. had reservations office was closed and would not answer the courtesy phone. had to sleep in my truck. went to the office at 7:00 was told to come back at 11:00. finally got in a room with no towels or toilet paper. it was full of dead and live roaches. especially the microwave. room was just plain nasty. there description of the hotel does not inform you that you have to bring your own toilet paper and towels. they told me i would get a free room for all thee problems. all they did was not bill me for the night i couldn't get in the room i reserved. this does not equal free room. distract manager was to call me and i have not heard from him. it just got worse.

room was the size of my laundry room at home.cabinet had tape holding it together. bathroom fan\light roared. ceiling light smelled .very disappointing..would never do again.

When I entered in,I smell some dirty, maybe it rain outdoor, but in the room there were some smell with mustiness.

It was amazing! And it was clean and staff was friendly

The people were very laid back, the office is super small. The room was fine, had a little kitchenette, the price was perfect and it was close to Billy Bob's. HOWEVER, it did have *inappropriate* stranger hairs in the shower. The cleaning staff should be a bit more thorough. Also, it was hard finding our rooms, they didn't give directions, and the signs that state where you need to go are only in select areas, which we didn't even go by when we were first looking for it. Not all the room numbers are in order, so organization could definitely be improved. There is a Waffle House across the parking lot.

the hotel was horrible.the bed was broke down.the bathroom was not cleaned, the dishes was nasty in the sink.

very clean hotel and friendly staff priced very good would recommend it to anyone

at the last minute i was informed that thanksgiving was back on and i needed a room. within minutes i was able to check in and get some rest.

The cost of a motel is a good value but you get what you pay for basically um no car no breakfast elevators very slow to break down room sir average at best the TVs 1994 basically

Do not stay here whatever you do! I was supposed to stay a week at this hotel and didn't even stay an hour. There are spiders and spiderwebs as you wait for the elevator, the staff is rude. We got into the hotel room and it is dingy and gross. I pulled back the sheet to inspect the mattress, as is my standard process in entering a hotel room, and was met immediately with urine stains and a huge cigarette burn. The sheets were thin and uncomfortable as well. I thought we might be able to make it through the night as we were all exhausted, but I started breaking out in hives after 5 minutes. I'm allergic to mold and I believe this room was full of it. I called the booking website to try to get my money back and we left the hotel. We ended up staying in the hotel immediately behind it, but worlds better in quality. The hotel staff say that there's crime in the area, from the people who stay at the gross hotel and they get frequent car break-ins do to the guest who are there as well. I wouldn't stay here if it was free.

Good hotel to stay at, rooms have more than I expected them to have, sink, microwave, stove, dishes, fridge, utensils…

Had burn holes on bed cover. Bed was very hard. Hotel staff very nice. Was worried about car in parking lot. Would not recommend.

The hotel was awful! It was unclean, no remote for the TV [...] I didn't get a queen or king bed I ended up with a full size bed that was very uncomfortable. [...] I know I will never stay or recommend Crossroads to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I want a refund of the over payment.

Room was okay. No coffee or coffee maker. Air Conditioner not working, Indoor lighting flickered all night. I would not recommend and I will not visit this hotel again!!
