Extremely clean studio condo on the top floor of a quiet building with partial views of downtown Fort Worth. Washer/dryer in unit. Decently stocked, functional kitchen. Very quiet and pleasant indoors. There is a little noise from the freeway and the trains, but all is normal background noise that you would expect in the downtown area of a major city. Proximity to highways is excellent. Sundance Square is about a 10 minute walk in a very safe area of town. Lots of dining nearby! Management of the building (Not VRBO): Community breezeways have acceptable cleanliness, they are lit well at night, but they are not "perfect." The elevators are functional, but it's very obvious the building is not proactively maintaining them. If you do decide to use the elevators, be aware that there were expired inspection certificates and very abnormal operating noises. I just chose to use the stairs. (4th floor). *Building management has no connection to the host*** There is a very nice community pool and fitness center onsite, there is also assigned parking via several apps. Spots are clearly labeled, but the association will tow vehicles improperly parked and/or unregistered. Recommend getting the gate access and car registration set up prior to arriving to ease stress. It's a little confusing and takes some time to figure out. :) Overall: Excellent place to stay if you're traveling alone or with a significant other. Great, timely, responsive host. Would stay again!

Everything was pretty smooth, it was kind of hard finding the elevator. There’s no water other than tap. The view is okay and it’s close to downtown. Overall pretty good BUT the host adds a 250 pending charge onto your card just in case there’s any problems after your stay.This 250 wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the listing, so when I check my bank it looked like they were going to charge me that amount on top of what I already paid. I got in contact with them to find out what the pending charge was for and they explained it that it was “just in case charge”. I just feel like we should know if they are going to put that on my card whether they charge or not. I almost had a heart attack when I seen it.

The room itself was very clean and I appreciated the attention to details like the vacuumed couch and karate chopped pillows! There's not much privacy in any part of the room- would be awkward if traveling with friends. It's a prime location, being just a 30 minute walk from Panther Pavillion and even closer to good bars/restaurants. My biggest issues were that the designated parking spot was taken and I had parked in visitors-a longer walk. The elevator was also not available in the section you are lead to. Not the hosts fault, but four flights of stairs with luggage was a workout.

This was lovely just what we needed. The only issue was it was a 3 flight walk up since the elevator was down. I'm asthmatic and it was a challenge for me. Other than that it was clean, cozy, cost effective and perfect for what we needed.

This was on the fourth floor and there was no elevator. My parking spot was a long ways from the entrance. I wouldn't stay there again. They did answer and communicate well.
