Very happy with our stay. The house is older but has been nicely remodeled/upgraded. This is the first place we’ve stayed out that more bath towels than we could use!! There were plenty of homey items for you to use that I didn’t expect and was happy with; games, throw blankets, white noise machines, etc. The house is on a busier street but the neighborhood and town was very nice and safe. The yard was not fenced but there was a fixed dog run line there to keep dogs in the yard. We were very comfortable and I would definitely stay here again. The host communicated well and responded quickly.

House/Front yard is on a very busy street at night. Old house with old smells and messed with allergies. I think an air cleaner would be nice in the bedrooms, however the home seemed very clean and well dusted. All the necessary items were available for a rental property. Thank you

I really appreciated the host and how responsive she was. Was the neighborhood my favorite? No but I’m sure it’s fine to the majority of people that stay there. The road was also pretty busy that the house was on. The first night we were there I noticed a window would not lock to the bedroom my kids were in and the host promptly had it fixed within 10 min.

Warm and welcoming home

We loved our time in Texas even more because of this welcoming home and Katie's gracious hospitality. We were in town for a wedding and stayed three nights. Each bedroom was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with coffee and snacks. The big backyard made for peaceful mornings. We'd love to come back!

Christmas Getaway!

Our family met here for Christmas and had a wonderful time! The host was very responsive about questions we had leading up to our stay, they had the house nicely decorated for the holidays, and check-out was a breeze! The location was great with lots of playgrounds near by, which was great for our toddler! We would definitely stay here again!

Best Hostess ever!

We have stayed in several VRBO properties in the last few years, and this one was one of the if no the very best. Katie was hands down our best hostess. She was very communicative, but never bothersome. I mentioned that I would be celebrating a birthday while there, and we came back one evening to find a gift on the porch. The house wS very clean and well equipped.

Family Times in TX

The location was perfect to our families homes, allowing easy commute back & forth. We also loved how it was surrounded by so many public parks, restaurants, grocery stores & most importantly... the snow cone/ice cream spot.
