Just a 13 minute drive to the stockyards, 14 minutes to Dallas AT&T Stadium in Arlington, and only moments away from the Trinity River trails – ideal for biking enthusiast. After a day of adventure, unwind by the fire pit or enjoy the spacious patio, perfect for outdoor cooking and entertainment this home is fully equipped. With two king size beds and one full-size bed, all amenities such as AC, heat shampoo, conditioner, body soap, washer and dryer, TV outdoor grill to name a few.
