The property looked very nice from the outside. Upon entering the room everything looked deplorable. I informed the young lady that I would like a refund because the photos on the website were very misleading. She proceeded to ask "what's the problem the coffee table is different from the one on the web"? I told her it's not about the table, the condtion of the room was not acceptable. I informed her I was from Texas and visiting Fort Wayne for my dad's burial and she continued to be rude. The Orbitz representative I spoke with was very helpful she issued a full refund! 😇

I would look elsewhere. The front desk staff is not very friendly. The kitchen area was stocked with nothing but a dish towel. The breakfast consisted of oatmeal, muffins or granola bars. And, they overcharged my credit card by double.
The sheets seemed to have hair idk for it was a persons or an animals but it wasn’t mine. Was a total different color than my own. Overall it was okay. However the enterance was a bit confusing to get into.
Night staff on arrival was very nice,but frazzled. Housekeeper opened the door, then knocked, because my husband yelled at her 10 min prior to checkout. Daytime staff nice, but only because she had to be kind of way. She told my husband the room wasn't paid for, until I came down with my phone in my hand. Then she didn't even want to see the receipt, she said "I see it now." The room itself, was nasty. To make a long story short, I went to the store and bought cleaning supplies, and really CLEANED!
The hotel is not exactly easy to find, since the driveway is unlit and not especially close to the building. However, once I got up to the hotel, I saw that it's in good condition. Unfortunately, when I went to check-in, there was no one at the front desk. The woman working was off cleaning one of the guest rooms, and was gone for at least 10 minutes of my wait. Eventually, I went looking for someone and found her in the hallway, at which point she came back for my check-in. Pleasant enough woman, but it appears that they are short handed and she's pulled in multiple directions. The room itself is spacious with a comfortable bed. The kitchenette is completely unfurnished in the room. You need to ask at the front desk for dishes and whatnot to use. No noise issues from either road traffic or from neighboring rooms. I had no issues connecting to the Wi-Fi and it worked well.
Great weekend get-away price, spacious, comfortable and very clean. The staff was very pleasant. The location made it convenient to restaurants and shopping.
