¡ESTA UNIDAD TIENE UN REQUISITO DE SÁBADO A SÁBADO DURANTE LA TEMPORADA ALTA! ¡Este quinto piso de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños con literas, duerme hasta 8 personas! ¡Todo el espacio que necesitas con increíbles vistas! Dormitorio principal en la playa, así como la sala de estar. La unidad ha sido TOTALMENTE ACTUALIZADA recientemente, así como las actualizaciones PERSONALIZADAS del baño principal que incluyen la instalación de un hermoso ** WALK-IN no se decepcionará con el PI 504. La unidad cuenta con televisores de pantalla plana en todas partes, con muebles modernos de mediados de siglo, obras de arte originales y un espacio de oficina ubicado en el dormitorio principal.

¡Mucho espacio para todos en esta hermosa unidad! Las vistas son increíbles, los muebles son cómodos, este condominio es imprescindible. Parrillas, WIFI GRATUITO, piscina frente a la playa y bañera de hidromasaje.


El dormitorio principal está ricamente coloreado con sutiles acentos tropicales. Tome una siesta en la lujosa silla junto a la ventana o relájese en la bañera de hidromasaje en el baño principal.


El balcón del quinto piso fuera de la sala de estar ofrece una vista espectacular de la playa y es perfecto para observar a la gente o mirar las estrellas. Debajo hay un patio de césped, y la piscina y la bañera de hidromasaje están a la vista al este del segundo paseo marítimo de la propiedad en el extremo oeste. 504 es una excelente ubicación, está lo suficientemente lejos como para no preocuparse por los ruidos de las actividades de la piscina y el jacuzzi, pero está a poca distancia para ver ambas comodidades para poder mantenerse al día con esos adolescentes.

Beautiful, peaceful location

Perfect location with a perfect view! The cleaning crew could have done a little better job, but I know that it’s hard to keep a condo on the beach perfectly clean. The rooms were roomy. The access to the ocean was easy. It’s in a perfect, quiet, family atmosphere.

We stay at this property every year, my partner and I have came here together the last 7 years and i started this vacation as a girlfriend and left as a fiancé!! We will continue to return year after year because this has always been our happy place but it’s now even more special. The condo was amazing and the master having its own balcony was amazing we kept the curtains open every night and just watched the stars. Can’t wait to book again. We will see yall next year!

The chair service was wonderful as we sat in the sun (or shade of the umbrella) on the beach everyday. We Love Pelican Isle!

This was our third stay at Pelican Isle and it did not disappoint. The only suggestion we have is that the mattress in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Both my husband and I had sore backs every morning after sleeping on the mattress, which was the only negative about our stay. We really enjoyed the double balcony and the fact that the master bedroom was beachfront. We will definitely return to Pelican Isle.

Positives: The location was wonderful and the direct access to the beach was perfect. Updates that were done are nice too. Negatives: The pool gets busy at times. The place was not very clean. The vents in the bathrooms were gross, the bed sheets were clean but they were ripped, and we can tell that the floors didn’t get mopped. The bottoms of our feet were black after walking on the tile floors in the living room/kitchen. Overall, would stay here again!

The bed in the master needs to be replaced, it sags in areas, and it was too soft for our preference. Same with the couch. We enjoyed the balcony daily. The condo was in a nice area and was easy to find. We liked the dedicated parking space in the garage.

Reviewer Comments: Stayed here in 2017 on my honeymoon and ironically this year took a family vacation and unbeknownst to me, stayed in the exact same room as before! First night the Master bedroom tv wouldn’t turn on, I submitted a maintenance request and the following morning (A SUNDAY) a maintenance man was there with a brand new tv to replace it! You can’t beat service like that! Room was clean on arrival and had great views of the beach! 10/10 recommend staying here

Family getaway

The condo had a beautiful view. The living room furniture was shabby. The curtains had stains. The kitchen counters were filthy. The master bathroom shower was moldy and gross! I had to scrub the bathroom and clean the bathroom and kitchen with a cleaner that I had to purchase when we arrived. I did let the property manager know the next morning because we arrived after 5:00 pm. They said oh you should have called us and we would have sent emergency cleaners over. Overall it was a place to stay however it was 3 stars at best.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was very clean and comfortable. We have already booked the unit for next year! The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of linens were provided. I would suggest that the kitchen be restocked. There were no plastic bowls with lids for storing food and there was only one very small skillet. All other kitchen items were plentiful. My husband suggests replacing the living room chair with one he can nap in. HaHa

Nice place to stay.

Communication was great. The condo was great. The kids had a great time. We had no issues at all on our stay. We will be coming back for sure.
