Good location & good sized family room. We enjoyed the views and hot tub! But the place had none of the essentials (hand soap, extra towels, salt/pepper, only 1 trash bag, low on toilet paper, only 2 dish washer pods etc). Beds were rough / old. Most dishes and utensils were not clean and had food stuck on. The “4th bedroom” isn’t even close to a bedroom; it’s a pullout couch with a curtain attached to a wooden beam on the ceiling to separate it from the kitchen. 1 bedroom gets super cold and the other crazy hot. It just wasn’t worth the price. The units next door were cheaper and nicer all around.

View from balcony and roof top beautiful. 15 minute walk to beach was a bit but was worth the walk. However beach chairs and umbrella were not included in cost of condo. Nice pool area. Condo large enough to give space to 10.

Gorgeous views! This spacious unit really offered the “wow” factor. Plenty of space for our family of seven. Easy pool access and an easy walk across the sky bridge to the beach.We loved the lazy river and bay-side pools; they were lush with greenery and palm trees. Plenty of chairs and tables with umbrellas.On the beach side, the ocean was crystal clear. The beach-side pool was huge, but had less shade. We loved this unit for the space it provided - everyone could spread out and still have a great view. The kitchen was well stocked. The only things missing were pot holders and scissors. We would definitely go back again!

This condo is beautiful and spacious, had everything our party of 12 needed. Enjoyed evenings on the top deck especially. The hot tub and gas grill are great bonuses.

The property was as expected. Check-in was a breeze. Good communication with the Vrbo rep. 2 hiccups for us- the door handle fell off when we arrived and we found 3 cans of empty Scoal tobacco under the pillows on the couch. Other than we had a wonderful week at the beach!

Spring break

Amazing location and roof top with views of the bay and beach- love the amenities in the complex : pools, nearby beach bars, restaurants, putt putt, and more. Lots of room in unit- yet sleeping arrangements (bed layouts) a little challenging without a 4th bedroom. Furnishings and decor are older and could use some updating- especially outdoor table which is rusting.

This penthouse has everything your family needs for a great vacation. The sunset views from the rooftop are breathtaking. Will definitely be returning in the warmer months to take full advantage of the beaches.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view! Only reason I’m not giving 5 ⭐️ is the master bed isn’t comfortable and the pillows are terrible. My neck hurt all week from those flat pillows 🤪.

The place was perfect for our group. Well kept and very nice! A place for 9 to sit comfortably when lounging and plenty of room at the big table for 9. Easy walk to the beach and very nice pool areas. Great stay!
