¡Nuestra unidad recién renovada del 1er piso te permitirá estacionar y literalmente caminar unos pocos pasos hacia la puerta principal! No más de espera en los ascensores o escaleras agotadoras mientras estás de vacaciones! Nuestra primera unidad de piso ofrece comodidad y seguridad para usted y su familia sin sacrificar la vista!

Una vez dentro, podrá disfrutar de una vista sin obstáculos de la playa y el océano desde el interior de la unidad o en el balcón mientras observa los delfines en el agua azul claro del golfo.

Esta unidad recién amueblada de 2 dormitorios es único en que la Master Suite también tiene una vista al océano / Golfo! Sólo escuchar el sonido calmante de las olas de nuestra Master Suite es la manera perfecta de comenzar y terminar cada día de relax de sus vacaciones. Nuestro dormitorio principal tiene una cómoda cama King Size, con una puerta corredera de cristal que se abre a la derecha en el balcón privado, junto con una ventana grande frente a la playa. El baño principal está situado en la suite principal para mayor privacidad. Sus características únicas incluyen: Lavabos dobles; Encimeras de granito y una bañera de hidromasaje con ducha y puerta de cristal - ¡Olvídese de las cortinas de ducha viscosa!

Nuestra habitación de huéspedes tiene una litera Full-over-Full que puede alojar a 4 niños. También tiene una cama gemela extraíble para un amigo o miembro de la familia adicional! El baño de invitados también cuenta con tapas de granito; Una bañera de hierro y ducha de azulejos con puerta de cristal.

¿Necesitas más 'codo' en las camas ... no hay problema! Nuestro sofá en la sala de estar se abre a un tamaño Queen-Sleeper. Si es necesario, nuestra unidad puede dormir 6 adultos muy cómodamente! ** Además, tenemos un Pack-n-Play con topper de colchón (disponible bajo petición) y Toddler Booster Seat.

El plan de piso abierto de la cocina y comedor le permite disfrutar de hermosas vistas a la playa y el océano, así como ser funcional y totalmente equipado para sus necesidades de cocina. Los colores son todos agradablemente neutros con acentos de bronce aceitado. Nuestra cocina cuenta con todos los nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable junto con encimeras de granito! ¿No te apetece cocinar? Junto a la piscina climatizada es un espacioso, construido en la zona de la parrilla - perfecto para un grupo pequeño o grande para reunirse para la buena comida y diversión! O, restaurantes estupendos son sólo un corto trayecto en coche hasta la playa.

Incluido en su alquiler son dos sillas de playa y un paraguas (mientras que en temporada). Los tres televisores son LCD de pantalla plana con reproductores de DVD. WiFi siempre está disponible (con la contraseña de la unidad disponible a su llegada). Si necesita relajarse por la noche, le ofrecemos cuentas Netflix & HULU gratuitas para tener acceso instantáneo a miles de películas y programas. También hay una pequeña biblioteca de libros y juegos para toda la familia.

Our favorite place to stay!

This is our second time staying at this condo. It’s hands down our very favorite place to stay! Our boys are already asking us to book again. The condo is nice and clean while also providing all the basic things you need while staying there. The beach is literally right in front of you which is our favorite part. We much prefer Okaloosa island over Destin or PCB. We look forward to our next stay!

Perfect family beach stay!

This was a well taken care of condo that provided everything we needed for our family of 5! The owners were very responsive and kind. You can’t beat the location as it was directly on the ocean and in a quiet part of the area, which was exactly what we wanted! A perfect week at the beach - we will be back!

Exceeded Expectations

The owners represent and maintain this property very well. The owners are responsive and clear on expectations. Being on the ground floor within 20 feet of parking is a very nice feature in addition to the easy beach access. The location is great. It's close to amenities but just far enough away from Destin to not be crazy. The space is well equipped and comfortable for a family. We stayed for a week over Christmas and I was surprised how quiet it was in general. The only negative is noise from the unit directly above if you are unfortunate to get someone with hyperactive kids and a soccer ball staying there. This is not something that the owners can control but they went out of their way to talk to the owners above to let them know to remind their guests of the quiet hours. We would stay here again for sure.

My wife and I spent the week at this unitCt. Great location, great hosts and great condo. I am a beach guy and it has beach in abundance. The unit has been updated to a step above what we have experiences before. Communication with the hosts was quick and painless. A keeper for sure.

Perfect Location for Families

This was the first trip to the beach for my three year old son and 5 year old daughter. The location is absolutely perfect because you can go in and out from the beach as needed. The condo is nice, but very basic. There was not a lot of extraneous stuff for my kids to destroy. It was exactly what we were looking for. The washer and dryer was critical for us. Feedback for property managers - the trash bags provided do not fit the kitchen trash can and they are very thin and fragile. You need at least 20 gallon bags. I wished that we had brought our own. There were times when we had to triple bag the trash because the bags kept falling apart.

Awesome view and beautiful clean condo

Very clean an beautiful view of the ocean; hosts responded quickly when inquiries were made; would highly recommend this location; equipped with all the necessities including plenty of nice thick towels. Would highly recommend this and would come back again -- just not during hurricane season.

The location was great and as described. The area had construction efforts ongoing that made getting around a little more difficult, but that isn't something that should be considered with the condo. The ease of access to/from the beach was nice.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Great Condo!

We had an excellent stay at this beachfront property! The location was unbeatable, right on the beach with stunning views. The place was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. Perfection!

This property was amazing. Communication with the owners was fast and easy, condo was clean and VERY well stocked/appointed (best we’ve ever seen for a rental property) and the location is amazing. The view is phenomenal, distance to the beach/beach access was incredible and we were thankful for all the “extras” (sheets/blanket for pack n play, keurig, several nice pots and pans, quality bedding, etc). We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful week making memories with our family!

Cant beat being on the 1st floor

This is our 2nd stay and with little kids it makes it so easy to get to and from the beach being on the ground floor. Condo is clean, well stocked with the things you need. Had a small issue with hot water heater but owner took care of immediately. We will definitely be back.

Awesome week at FWB

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property owners helped us out with info ahead of our arrival so everything went very smooth. The location was fantastic and the property has a fairly small number of units in relation to the beach footprint so we never had a problem getting beach umbrellas. The condo had cable which is nice with all the cord cutting going on these days. We enjoyed being able to watch TV as we unwound in the evenings without having to deal with streaming services. We love FWB, it’s fun to go over to Destin occasionally but it’s nice to be away from the hustle and bustle for the most part. 10 out of 10, we highly recommend and would stay here again.

This property exceeded expectations. It was the perfect size for our family, and very clean. It was stocked with everything we could have needed. The location is great due to being on the ground level and very close to the beach access.

AMAZING!

We cannot say enough good things about this condo! The owners were great and got back to us super quick when we had questions. The unit was extremely clean. It was nicely furnished, updated and decorated. We were a family of 5 with 3 older kids (11, 13 & 16). The guest room was perfect for our kids. They all had plenty of room and the trundle allowed them to each have their own bed. The master suite was perfect! Some commented that the bed was soft, but we thought it was very comfortable. There is a new couch in the living room. My only negative would be that we could have used one more piece of furniture in the living room to make it more comfortable for all of us to be in there. But we just brought in the chair from the master. I normally wouldn’t look for a ground floor unit but actually I am not sure I would go higher now! We didn’t hear neighbors other than the sliding door once in a while. We had a great view of the ocean. The best part was how quick it was to go back and forth to the beach. Less than 5 minutes! So easy that we let the kids go on their own if needed. We ordered and extra chair service online for the week so we had 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas. That was so nice!! We loved that the beach in front of this building was not crowded at all. The chairs were only in one row and nicely spaced out. I know why so many people commented on coming back to this unit each year! We are hoping to be one of those repeat customers :)

Great Condo!

I just stayed for a week in this condo and had a fabulous experience! The condo was super clean, had all the kitchen things you could need, beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was comfortable (they got a new living room couch). The owners were very responsive and flexible. The view from the condo was great. We have an 11 month old, so being on the first floor madenit so much easier when toting all her stuff to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay will definitely be booking this condo again in the future!
