Destin West

The common areas are great, the lazy river was on the building across the street from ours on the bayside. We arrived close to midnight and the code was incorrect, I tried getting someone on the phone for nearly an hour with no luck. Finally someone replied and sent us the correct door for the apartment, but I had my family out in the hallway waiting for nearly an hour. Cleanliness of the apartment was very deficient, there were bloodstains on the sheets, sand on the floor, a doritos bag in the living room, etc. Cleaning personnel was sent the following day, but apartment should of been clean. I assume the cleaning fee charged is to ensure that. First time stay at this property and management was definitely a disappointment,.
