*** There will be ongoing building construction at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise (grinding, banging), dust, etc. about the property. There will be no heavy noise before 7am or after 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and sliding doors will be secured to prevent opening. There will also be workers present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***

It was a great place to stay. Very easy access to the pool and the beach. Getting the 2 free chairs and umbrellas at the beach was a great thing. I loved that.

Great stay
Our stay was great and we were overall pleased with everything. The only suggestion would be blackout blinds for the front two bedroom windows. At night the lights shine in the windows and make it way to bright to sleep.

Very convenient to pool and beach
Literally 5 steps from the pool and a few more steps directly to beach. Very, very convenient! Area was quiet, and condo was plenty big for our family. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful views with easy beach access
Property is first floor so access to the beach and pool was right off the patio. The unit is toward the end so it’s not right on the pool so it provides a bit more probably than those directly in front of the pool. I really liked the fact that we could get in and out of our unit so easily. Watching others go up and down the elevator made me realize how much simpler we had it. The view is still beautiful from the ground floor.
