108A - 1BR/1 Bath at Seaspray Condos on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Fl

Two Full DP (Deep Pocket) beds in the bedroom upstairs and a Sleeper Sofa in the living room allows the unit to sleep up to 6 people. There is a 42" TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes a blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. No pets allowed. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for rentals. Our minimum age to rent is 25.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Condo perfect for beach, pool and our first time with puppy.

Our condo was well stocked, beds firm but comfortable. We met kind people and the location on beach cannot be beat! Great spring break destination!

Sea Spray vacation

Convenient location, close to Destin and Other beaches . Great place to just relax on the beech or pool! Gated for security. Short walk to beach.
