This modern 4BR/4BA two-story home is conveniently located in the beautiful Greenway Park community in the heart of Seagrove Beach, just off Scenic Route 30A. Relax on the front porch swing and feel the breeze on your face. Walk just 125 yards to the heated/cooled resort-style community pool (MARCH-NOV) or a half-mile to the beach. Enjoy close proximity to popular area shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations -- including Greenway Park Station Shops, the Hub and Seaside.

Perfect vacation home away from home!

Beautiful, spacious home, that was enjoyed by our whole family of nine-adults, children, and a toddler. Everyone had their own space and the common areas were great gathering areas. Kitchen was very well equipped. We took advantage of all the beach gear and bikes. Just a great home with an awesome community pool! Excellent communication with owner; always a quick response if we had a question. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

Everything worked seemlessly, the owners were very communicative, welcoming, warm and helpful. Really well equipped kitchen, lots of space, VERY comfortable beds, easy 10 minute walk to the beach. Hot water never ran out in a house with 5 people. String reliable wi-fi. 5 bicycles to use. Very close to the Fish House :). We will definitely be returning soon.

Family vaca

We enjoyed our time here. Conveniently located in walking distance to shopping, coffee shop, ice cream shop and yummy mexican restaurant. The home was perfect and equipped well. The only thing we wish we had was more small face bath towels. We fought over those lol. ALSO; one of the adult bikes chain broke(so we had to rent another) and the other was a scooter, not so much a bike as listed. Just a heads up. We love 30A and will likely be back here at this home again if we have a large group. Very clean and enjoyable.

This was a perfect house for us. The description was spot on. The location was amazing. Very close to the beach (about a 3 min drive and 10 min bike ride). The neighborhood is very beautiful and quiet. Corne' was so helpful and answered all of our questions....and we had a lot of them. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.
