This oceanfront community offers 24 hr gated security, 9 hole par 3 golf, lighted tennis courts, 4 heated pools, bocce ball, pickleball, shuffleboard, a gym, library, oceanfront restaurant, tiki bar by the main pool, and 21 miles of uncrowded private beach. Come to paradise you might never want to leave!

This 1/1 condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious family room with queen size sleeper sofa (for extra guest), and 65" flat screen smart tv as well as a brand new Nest Thermostat air conditioner. The master bedroom has a very comfortable California King size bed, 50” flat screen smart tv, and plenty of closet space. All linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, and beach towels) are provided as well as Internet and WIFI. Just a short walk to the beach and cayman pool/clubhouse. Enjoy your morning coffee in the screened porch/balcony overlooking the 7th hole of the golf course.

Unit is fully equipped for seasonal guests with plenty of dishes, pots, glasses and flatware. Beach chairs, umbrella, tennis rackets, and boogie boards are all available for use and can be found in the the unit's storage space directly in front of unit. Nice place but some problems.

This condo has lots of plusses, pretty and comfortable. However, the kitchen is seriously inconvenient to use, mainly because of the placement of the sink which is difficult to reach unless you are fairly tall. Another problem was the Nest thermostat which is new to us and came with no instructions. The a/c has one high speed (too cold) and hard to turn down and there was no heat during a cold snap (in the 30's). It was new and the installer apparently didn't test it. We had to turn on the oven to keep warm. Our agent was attentive to the problem but could do nothing about it.
