The location was good. The staff was good. The property was dirty and needed power washing.

I booked with ORBITZ an hour before checking in, seeing as I was traveling and in a car I chose to use the pay on location option but locking in the rate. When I arrived around 9 the hotel had no reservation, Even as I showed them my confirmation number, text and email. So I contacted ORBITZ which had to be via text chat. After 15 minutes of that I was given a phone number to speak to a real live person. After 15 minute on hold I told “JIM” everything I hand been forced to text the live chat rep. He put me on hold called the young lady at the desk talk with her. Mind you its going on ten o’clock now. He comes back to let me know this happens there is not much to do but pay the asking rate witch is more for a smaller room and Orbitz will Provide me with a $25 credit to make up for the difference. I’m going to say his real name was not JIM and I’m still waiting on my credit. Oh did I Mention that I was sitting on the curb in the parking lot trying to do the trans action through some sort of night cash widow due to the rona19. In short it was a huge inconvenience taking well over an hour to check in, the young lady at the red roof was friendly. The Red Roof was what it was.

Nothing unique. Wasn’t as clean as I expected. They remodeled but only part of the room. TV, microwave, refrigerator, furniture were old. The mattress was so soft it sunk to the box spring.

Room smelled weird. Great service to take care of it. Wish they would clean up the waters edge. Beautiful place

It was a quiet area but at first it was hard to find

Breakfast is not good....stale bread, no milk for cereal...closed before time.

The bed sizes in the rooms are misleading online. I assumed they where double queens because online they state they are "double queens ." In realty they are like a twin XL.

I got earlier than the check in and I asked the front desk lady, Mary if we could get a Tom because my daughter had a competition later and needed to get ready and she said No, because pit policy we can’t give a room earlier than 3 pm, all the tools are been clean now, and my husband said well is one that could be done by now and she said No, then I asked cannnwe have the next available and she said No, all the rooms are assigned and she have me my room number, I said ok didn’t want to argue with someone that was really square in her minds set. So I went to check where my room was and a lady was cleaning rooms and she asked me if I needed help and I just said I was looking for my room and when she think it could be ready and she said that room was occupied but she told me that there were few rooms that were ready. So inwalked through and saw many ready and another cleaning lady was following and she went into the front office so I did, and told the front rude front desk lady where was I, and she told me if I was walking around the property like if I was doing something wrong, and I said unwanted tonsee where my room was located and she told me I never have your room number, so she lied. Anyways later on she decided to change rooms and have me one that was read. I found ridiculous that if you get before check in time, they cannot givenyou a room that it ready. The front lady Maria was so rude with non customer service. . You get what you pay. Beds so uncomfortable

Property is older, showing some age. The continental breakfast is more basic than normal.

Room was dirty. Spilled pop on the floor in a couple different places. Chocolate on the floor. Toilet didn’t flush correctly. On check in the girl at the front desk made me feel like I was bothering her. Very disappointing. Would have rather slept in our car.

The property is not in a good area. I would not leave valuables in a car left in the lot overnight. My room smelled like mildew the second I walked into it. Everything looked as though it had been wiped down but nothing felt clean about it. The sheets were clean, but the comforter had stains on it, because I am assuming that never gets washed. I was in a non smoking section of the motel, but it did not matter, because as soon as my neighbors lit up, it came through the bathroom vent straight into my room, despite the fact they were also in a non smoking room. My last night there, I woke up at 2am to slamming doors and blood curdling screams from a female in one of the rooms near mine. I legitimately thought someone was getting murdered. I called the North Ft. Myers police and reported it, but they never showed up. I realize that last part is not the fault of the hotel, but I think it helps with the understanding of the area of town we are talking about. The only reason I booked this hotel is because it was cheaper than everything in Cape Coral and it was close to where I needed to be for a meeting. I would definitely recommend spending an extra $50-100 per night and stay in a nicer place in Cape Coral.

Front desk employee Heather provided excellent customer service and she was very nice with customers, always with a nice smile, great job. Hotel ok for the money.

Went to Fort Myers for an overnight visit. The overall hotel and room was remodeled, clean and pleasant looking. The air conditioning worked to perfection and the refrigerator and microwave are welcomed. Room #230. The disappointment comes in the quality of the bed and pillows. Bed had springs sticking out of everywhere and the pillows were so hard/stiff that I got an ache in my neck. Couldn't get a proper night sleep. The discomfort was such, that after checking in at 9pm we checked out at 2:30 am and headed home, instead of staying the night and exploring the town the next day. Very disappointed felt as if I threw away my money.

Excellent location, close to restaurants, downtown Fortmyers, shopping center and nice view .

View was fantastic was pleasant and nice. Only draw back was the safe in our room didn't work. Stayed 7 days would do it again.

This room was very comfortable, the staff was kind, and the overall experience is one that I will remember for a long time. During my stay I needed the internet to work and other than Comcast having issues, the internet was strong, and the staff was very helpful as I needed to print off a eulogy. The breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about, but that was not my focus. The focus was good professional staff, a clean room, and comfort needed for a good nights sleep. They provided all of these, plus they had a really nice pool area. I would recommend this motel to everyone.
