Nice home

We had a lovely time staying in this home. There was a small kitchen play set and xylophone toy that our toddler really loved playing with. The floors are all tile which was clear in the listing, so just be sure to have little ones either run around barefoot or have some grips on their socks so they don’t slip. The screened in patio was incredible. My whole family really enjoyed ourselves here. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but you can easily get to most attractions in the area in 15-20 minutes. Communication with the property manager was easy and she was very responsive. Overall just a great place.

Not Kid Friendly

For starters this rental is a split house and that is not noted in the listing. We didn’t find this out till the day of check in which was very bothersome as we were hoping for a private family vacation but instead kept getting bothered by people on the other half of the house. Secondly I woke up to ants on my 3 month olds bottles and my breast pumps EVERY single morning and all that was said is they would call pest control which wouldn’t even show a change in the time we were there. This home has floors and counters that are marble so it is not safe for kids at all. We mainly chose this one so that my disabled husband could get around the house but the number of times my toddler got hurt just walking around the house was a bit ridiculous. And lastly, if you plan on staying at this rental, you might as well pack up all your pots and pans and baking sheets as this rental is NOT equipped with things to cook any sort of meal. It had minimal pans absolutely no baking sheets and no spices. Will definitely not be booking this home ever again.
