Staff were amazing, but inside the elevator, carpet in hallway and inside the room were disgusting. Really bad smell and stains everywhere. I almost threw up every time I entered our room. Will not stay here again, and don't recommend it.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I am literally concerned about the cleanliness of this room. They ask for $150 “security deposit” this is no way any damage could be done to this room. Filthy.

We had no hot water to shower, our towels were dirty, the breakfast was depleted at 8am, the renovations, they have done half ass. We would not stay here again even if you paid us too.

I most liked the location. I wasn't sure if plastic water bottles and newspapers were being recycled. On my first morning, Sunday, housekeeping was in a rush to remove the used towels in the room.
