Welcome to the Gardens of Beachwalk a gated community close to beaches. This is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms (primary bedroom has a walk-in shower) ground floor condo. Sip your morning coffee on your outside patio. Kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and newer appliances. Primary bedroom is a king, and guest is a queen both with ensuite bathrooms. Inside laundry with full size washer and dryer. All floors are tile and laminate. The community has a heated pool, hot tub and a fitness center.
Shopping, restaurants and grocery stores are close by. RSW airport is 30 minutes away. Grounds are very well maintained with tropical landscaping and ponds.
