Excellent and luxury decorated three-bedroom property (3rd bedroom-Florida room with portable ac overlooking the intracostal) located in the middle of the Estero Island, close to the beach and Time Square.
The house did not get flooded after the IAN hurricane on the interior level, Garage access is not available, parking on the driveway only.
The beach is only 2 min drive away, or 10 min walking!
Sleeping arrangements:
1. The master bedroom (KING BED) is located on the second floor with a magnificent bay views terrace. (Ensuite)
2. Guest bedroom (KING BED) with huge terrace overlooking the bay!
3. FLORIDA ROOM is as 3rd bedroom -with beautiful BAY VIEWS! Has a SLEEPING SOFA with (Modular AC)
4. the living room, there are also 2 comfortable leather pull out sleeping sofas which can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

Wonderfull time,quiet and peaceful place,
Even though the town was hit pretty hard by Ian, and still recovering we have enjoyed the home very much, very spacious, especially master bedroom had its own terrace and huge bathroom with tub facing the water. Very high ceilings in living area, interior design is exactly as picture show! we loved modern and clean look! views are beautiful ,we saw dolphins almost every afternoon. Also cool thing when you park in the garage, you see water view right away.
And most importantly very clean and fully stocked kitchen. Easy self check in process and management was very responsive, we got confused and did not input correct code lol!
We could not use boat dock, yet we knew about it. There are already quite a few bars and restaurant are open. Can't bit white sandy beach ! Will be back!

VRBO and the listing agent showed pictures from pre hurricane when ,in fact,it had been greatly impacted by Ian. The outside looked like an abandoned home. Our money was taken with no refund and no accountability, Terrible ruined our family reunion

Luxury Accommodations in Need of Upkeep
Our family stayed in this property in June. Its a nice condo, but had several issues that detracted from the experience... some bigger than others.
PROS:
It is spacious. There's plenty of room for a family. We had six people there and the condo was spacious enough to accommodate all of us. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the view from the back of the house is serene. Our kids LOVED the boat dock out back. There is also beach access within a 10 minute walk from the property which was AWESOME!
CONS:
Kitchen - There were very small ants (I think they're called sugar ants) in the kitchen and dining area when we checked in. We were careful to keep food residue off of the counters and took the trash out every night, but the ants were our constant companions. The turntable in the microwave didn't spin, which meant we had to manually rotate our dishes when reheating food. No large pots in the house, so if you're cooking for a group larger than two people bring your own. The dish washer stopped working properly on the second load - it would begin a wash cycle and stop approximately 30 seconds later.
Back patio - we experienced a hard rain during our visit (typical of Florida in the summer). A substantial amount of water came pouring into the patio from the ceiling onto the tile floor. I called the property manager, who said they would send someone out (but no one came to fix it while we were there). I laid a couple of towels on the floor to keep the rain water from flowing toward the living areas and dried the water when it stopped raining.
Master Bedroom - The ceiling fan above the bed pivots from both the ceiling connection AND the fan/stem connection, giving the feeling that the ceiling fan might fall at any moment. It didn't, but it was still disconcerting. The drain in the master bathroom shower was clogged. After the first shower in it on Friday, I called the property manager who said they would send someone out to fix it. They came and fixed it on Sunday. The upstairs deck flooring (walk out from the master bedroom) has a rotten floorboard. There is an area in the deck that when stepped on, visibly lowered and it felt like my foot was going to go through the floor (this may be the cause of the leak downstairs, as the upstairs balcony is also the roof for the patio downstairs).
Overall, it was a nice condo but in need of a little TLC. We paid resort prices, but didn't receive a resort experience. Caveat Emptor.

Don’t stay here!!!
First of all, this is a duplex, not a house. The neighbor is not fond of renters. We used the dock to take pictures but apparently the dock is half owned by the neighbor so he does not want renters to use it. The location is quite a ways down the beach so the location is not the best. I would advise not to rent here. It was a weekend of hassle!!!

Great location but house is tired
This house is in a perfect location (10 min walk to the beach, but in a quiet street, and with an amazing view from the back of the house). However, the house is much more « tired » than what appears of the pictures. For example, several of the screens were broken, and couldn’t be replaced (as not standard size). The fridge couldn’t make ice anymore and couldn’t be fixed either. The kitchen is equipped « ok », but if you like cooking, it has just the bare minimum. The management company was excellent with communications and fixing issues that could be, but for the cost of this rental, we were expecting something better.

Propert #7687711 Mid Island Bayfront Ft Myers Beach, FL
Location and neighborhood was great. Accommodations overall were very nice. I shared the following concerns with MNM Companies and propert manager over 1 week ago and have had no response:
1 - 3 windows were open upon arrival and we were concerned as we didn’t notice until the following morning as the blinds / shutters were blocking them;
2 - Communication was non existent with property management company, and there was no welcome letter or anything explaining the complexity of the lighting, TV and Cable or anything;
3 - Automatic garage door did not work so we didn’t use;
4 - Several light bulbs were burned out and a few lighting fixtures and fan either didn’t work or we couldn’t figure them out to work;
5 - No explanation of when trash and recycling pick up was. We had to ask the neighbors for their help.
6 - There was more I’d like to discuss with property manager or some authority with VRBO

Wonderful family getaway - Views for days
What an amazing property! Closest beach just nearby and Natalia was such as great host, the house was immaculately clean as well! They also rented us affordable kayaks which made our stay even more enjoyable! We had great family time and will be back for sure! We even saw dolphins! :) Thank you for accommodating us on such short notice!
