One block from CVS and Santini Plaza which offers many wonderful restaurants, bars, and shops. Public grocery shopping is one mile away and a theatre a few blocks. Enjoy a beautiful pool, and tennis/ pickleball courts in our complex. Our fourth-floor condo gives you a wonderful breeze while appreciating the views only an island can provide. This condo offers an in-unit washer and dryer, two lanais, a pull-out couch for extra sleeping, and a covered parking spot. Walk across the street to enjoy the widest part of Fort Myers Beach to rent jet skis, chairs, and umbrellas, or go for a walk on the beach looking for shells. This beautiful Island offers bike rentals (electric or regular), trolley, and now water taxis. Fort Myers Beach has made huge progress and is ready to be enjoyed.
