Close to all Fort Myers Beach has to offer while also located on a quiet residential street, this home is perfect for those that demand both proximity and tranquility!

On September 2022, Fort Myers Beach was impacted by Hurricane Ian, a Category 4/5 storm. Hurricane recovery efforts are still in progress. Many beaches, restaurants and stores are already open and welcoming visitors. The good news is that the island is open, the weather is great and the situation is improving every day. Whether vacationing or working here, we ask guests to be mindful of the challenges that our community is facing and understanding of current limitations. Please note that there will be workers, trailers, and construction activity/potential noise in the surrounding area, but there will not be any construction inside of the home.

Our hosts, David and Lisa responded immediately to any concerns we had and addressed them promptly.The villa was exactly as advertised with all the amenities needed for our stay. The location was close enough to the beach, stores, and restaurants that we were able to walk there instead of dealing with traffic and parking.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The Coral Reef Villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked, which made cooking super convenient. It was just a short walk to the beach, and the provided beach cart made carrying our gear a breeze. The pool was amazing—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Fantastic spot

The house and property were very clean and David was responsive and pleasant. We all really enjoyed the pool. It is a close walk to the beach and there is a wagon, sand toys and cooler to bring with. I would highly recommend this property.
