Not a great view of the beach but wasn’t bothered by that. The pool was very enjoyable! Angie took time to introduce herself. Very pleased with the accommodations and would definitely stay again.

Host Angie was very welcoming and excellent at communicating with us. The villa was wonderful, clean with a well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer were good. Our granddaughters enjoyed the heated pool with waterfalls as well as the short walk to the beach. If we come back to the area we would definitely stay there again.

Great place!

Spent 5 days here with all the amenities we needed. Beautiful pool area, quiet neighborhood. Communication with owner was easy with quick response. Definitely will stay here again!

Lovely 4 plex conveniently situated close to the beach and the free island trolley system. Angie, the host was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Best vacation ever!

Our family of 5 from Michigan (kids 7,11,13) stayed for 7 days in one of the upstairs units. Everything from the check-in process to the check-out process was well prepared. The property was very clean and well equipped inside and outside. The pool, the playroom and the 3min walk to the amazing beach left no time to be bored. A special thank you to Angie for all her hard work to make this a wonderful experience for our family!

Property was very clean, well decorated, quiet neighborhood. Loved the screen porch to read a book or to just enjoy the calming breeze. I would have liked a light over the sink for the kitchen when cooking. Understand there is a reason for the lights flickering but it was unfortunate. Thanks to the property manager for the quick response to any concerns.

March trip Ft Meyers 2025

Condo was very nice. Lovely master bedroom and bath, as well as the 2nd bedroom. It was nice to find chairs and beach stuff in the downstairs laundry and rec room. The laundry downstairs was excellent, and like new washer and dryers. The proximity to the beach was acceptable, except that there were no public restrooms at the beach, and the beach was filled with beach debris, and a large pipe that you had to climb over to gain access. I would say that the only other negative factor would be the massive amounts of traffic. If you come and go in the evening, expect several hours of traffic time. I doesn’t reflect my rating on this condo in the massive traffic backups, because two of the major bridges close by are both being reconstructed, so it’s in no way any fault of the owners.
