Room for improvement
We were given two different times to get into our unit by the property mgr. We love South Estero so made the best out of some issues. 1) The King size bed needs replaced. The middle is sunken in "V". 2) 2 days before the end of our stay, the locks for pool and pickleball were implemented and we never received the fob nor a responds from owner/property mgr. We were also given a month old code for the elevator lobby but the office was able to help with the new code. 3) The beach was closed directly behind the property and we were never notified prior to trip. We were able to walk a short distance and still use the beach. 4) Unit needs new beach chairs. 5)The property manager was responsive when we notice there was not a blender and dropped off a used one the next day. :)
