Welcome to Estero Island Beach Villas, your tropical beachfront vacation destination in paradise on the top floor in a corner unit! This resort is located at the quiet northern end of Estero Island. This two-bedroom, two-bath seventh-floor ground-level gulf-front condo has a 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico and is a short 15-20 minute walk to Times Square and the many boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife afforded at this end of the island. Guests at this resort have access to their on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables, and chairs, all surrounded by a privacy fence. Proximity to the Sky Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. This condo is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home but with the tropical setting added to it. Off-street covered and open self-parking is included with your stay. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to arrive in a breeze. WiFi is complimentary, there are ceiling fans throughout and you will have your own private in-house laundry room. The pool was resurfaced August 2025.
Entry is via elevator to the seventh floor and into an entry foyer and the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has everything necessary to create full-course meals should you so desire, or to just make toast and coffee in the morning. You only need to bring the food! There is an architectural tray ceiling with indirect lighting and plenty of granite counter space. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a dishwasher, glass-top range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. There is also a granite-top island with cabinet and drawer space on the kitchen side. The adjacent dining area has a rectangular table seating five. This flows into the living area which is nicely furnished with a sofa with end tables and lamps, two matching side chairs, and a coffee table. Opposite the sofa is a credenza which is a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors from the living area provide access to the gulf-front screened-in balcony that is furnished with a patio table and chairs. The view from this seventh-floor vantage point is expansive and includes the Gulf waters and the sugar-white sand beach right in front of you. From this vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south.
The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstand, and lamp, an armoire with three drawers and a flat-screen TV above, and sliding glass doors out to the balcony. The windows in this bedroom also offer a great view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom is accessed through a pocket sliding door into the dressing area where there is a granite-top vanity with a lavatory, full wall mirror, and storage space beneath. Through a pocket sliding door is the commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass doors. The guest bedroom, bath, and laundry area are accessible through a pocket door. Behind sliding doors is a stacked washer and dryer set. The guest bathroom has a granite-top vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a full wall mirror, a commode, and a tiled combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with two double beds with a nightstand and lamp, a double dresser with flat screen TV above, and ample closet space.
