Had underground secure parking which was nice but the card reader wasn’t working so you had to buzz staff. Room was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Not recommended. There were two of us staying here and we both experienced headaches after being in the room for an hour. Could not sleep and staff would not allow us to cancel our second night.

Great Stay

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. I love it! Staff was amazing, room was very very clean, looked forward every morning to my bagged breakfast. It was a surprise every morning, coffee was great. I have had pillows that were more comfortable but they were still good.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and loved that the bedrooms were well separated by the main space. 1 of the bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom, and the main space had a 2nd bathroom - both had showers. The fridge was a good size, there were 4 place settings of dinnerware and cutlery, the microwave was full sized, and there was a safe for valuables. All the comforts of home! The main space had a small table and 2 chairs, and a comfy sofa and padded bench. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. The room and hotel common areas were very clean, and I appreciated that staff verified guests before buzzing us in - a good security feature. And the parkade was also great, especially while the temps were blazingly hot. There were a few minor items that required attention (fridge replacement, room change) but the staff dealth with those very promptly and efficiently. The 3 staff we had interactions with were very pleasant, especially Annie at reception.

Horrible experience! When we got there we couldn’t get in, we had to way to be buzzed in! The lobby is on the second floor! The room was dirty, the AC didn’t work properly.. we found MULTIPLE BUGS! Crawling on the baseboards, in the bed..! Cleaning service only comes every 3 days. We didn’t have enough towels or face cloths for our family of 4. Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. You have to go to the 2nd floor to be handed a brown bag … with frozen food you have to put in the microwave!! You have to be buzzed in at the parking garage. Our last night, we waited 10 mins to get buzzed in because the person “was in the bathroom”. The only good thing about this place was the proximity to Walmart, grocery stores and restaurants
