The owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises, nor for the loss of personal belongings not claimed within 24 hours of checkout. By accepting this reservation, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with using the facilities.

In the event of a storm or hurricane, refunds will only be issued if local authorities mandate evacuations for the affected area. Refunds will be provided for any unused rental days if a mandatory evacuation order is in effect. This applies to current guests, those scheduled to arrive, and reservations made during the storm warning period.
