We`ve hosted a lot of guests here over the years — and honestly, some of our favorite stays have been the ones where someone shows up with their dog. This is one of Fort Lauderdale`s most pet-welcoming spots: a fully fenced backyard where dogs can roam freely, dog bowls waiting when you arrive, and a neighborhood that`s easy to walk. Ten minutes to the beach, five to Las Olas, and a cozy private unit that just works.

The Unit
This is a one-bedroom unit in a well-kept quadplex in one of Fort Lauderdale`s most walkable neighborhoods — private entrance, private parking space, your own smartlock, and everything you need for a comfortable stay for one or two people. It`s not fancy in a showy way, but it`s clean, well-stocked, and genuinely comfortable. The kind of place where you arrive, unpack once, and actually settle in.

Queen bed, Smart TV in the bedroom, drip coffee maker, and a bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plush towels, and a hairdryer. The basics done right.

For Guests Traveling with Pets
This is genuinely one of the most dog-friendly properties in Fort Lauderdale — and we mean that in a practical, not just policy, sense.
The backyard is fully fenced, which means your dog can actually roam around off-leash without you hovering over them the whole time. Dog bowls are waiting when you arrive. We provide doggie bags for walks so you don`t have to pack them. And the $25 pet fee per pet is a one-time charge sorted before check-in — kept intentionally low because we actually want you to bring your dog, not just tolerate it.

For birthday set‑ups, bachelor/bachelorette, or special decorations, to ensure we can prepare everything smoothly, we kindly ask that you share any special requests at least 24 hours prior to your check‑in time. This allows our team to arrange the details promptly and have everything ready to welcome you.

What is expected of you?

1. We kindly ask to please respect the neighborhood. Our homes are located in residential areas, and neighbors may not be on vacation. Keep noise to a minimum both indoors and outdoors, and please note that quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8 PM to 8 AM.

2. Please help us maintain the property by treating it respectfully and keeping it in great condition during your stay. We understand that accidents happen, but we ask that you let us know so we can replace items in time for the next guest.

3. Check‑in and check‑out at the agreed times. We operate on a tight schedule, with new guests often arriving the same day you depart. Lawn maintenance and cleaning services are also on a set schedule and needed to keep the property in great condition. Please be aware that these services cannot be rescheduled.

Decided to book last min and the host was accommodating to my request. Upon arrival I noticed the throw blanket was dirty with white sticky stains. I then checked the bed and there was hair all over the bed and pillows. I also noticed a brownish stain where it looked like someone one slept. I took pictures of the hair and stains and sent it to the host who had an older couple come fairly quickly to change the sheets. When I go back into the room the couple left a very strong body odor in the room. They also threw the dirty throw blanket back on the clean bed. When I let the host know about it her response was merely feel free to throw it to the side. The unit has a lot of potential but the cleaning and upkeep missed the mark. The furniture is beyond regular wear and tear. The walls are dirty and scuffed up. Utensils were not cleaned properly and still had food on it. Mini fridge appeared to have been off as it was full of water and had an awful smell. I requested a refund as I didn’t feel comfortable staying in this unit. The host agreed to refund me one nights stay. While I appreciated some kind of refund I didn’t appreciate the unapologetic response I was given when I pointed the cleanness of the unit to the host. Theres is a lot of potential in this place but they need to do some updates and a deep cleaning! Host also needs to work on their professionalism and handling feedback on their poorly managed unit!
