Two of three elevators down on Saturday (14 floors). Housekeeping never cleaned until we complained each day. Valet no one was overseeing it to function properly and not enough valets during peak periods. Coffee bar great on mezzanine but pool food was not good quality. Amazingly the beach guys were terrific as well as the towel guy

Beach was convenient and beach chairs were included plus a bar on the beach so that was great! Room was nice. Wish there was more privacy from bathroom. Also the tower was quite a distance with two elevators neeeded to be used.

The room was clean and beds very comfy. We were able to check in early without an extra charge. We were able to use the resort facilities after checking out, since our flight wasn't until evening. Loved having an onsite Starbucks too! Very convenient access to the beach.

The hotel its self was nice. The staff was pleasant. We had an issue with our room and they switched us to ocean view with no issues. Food and drinks were good as well

The experience at this hotel was awful. We arrived late at night, jet lagged and tired. We were not offered any help with luggage even though we had suitcases, hand luggage and 2 sleeping small kids. I don’t expect everything to be open but a little gesture of help would have gone far. Upon check in, we were told breakfast wasn’t included even though we paid for it via Expedia upon booking but they couldn’t change the room type so told us to come back the next day. Not ideal to be honest. We had issues with giving them a card for the security deposit and them taking all the money from the account for all tabs which we didn’t approve. They ended up blocking out room access when we came back after a long all day trip, again with kids and very late at night, so we spent about 15 minutes at reception trying to sort the issue. They stopped the charges going through but no apology and then another wait for security to let us into our room. Honestly they treated us like criminals. Breakfast was nice, good range on offer but felt a little chaotic. Queues out of the door although lots of tables free. Service seemed good. We had a range of options and the only meal that was disappointing was the avacado on toast, tiny portion in comparison to the others which were very large. I needed another order of that to fill me up. Staff at reception were just rude and didn’t seem to care about customer service. Valet team were incredibly nice so no complaints there. Wouldn’t recommend!
