Welcome to the Ocean Front property penthouse. The penthouse is very spacious for you and your family. The property is directly on the beach (no streets to cross). The penthouse consists of 2000 SQ ft with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room and a fully stock kitchen with a very spacious balcony. Come check out the city lights from the top of the penthouse.
There are two restaurants on site. We have Florida's favorite tiki bar as well as our authentic Italian restaurant.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The apartment also includes an ironing board.

The communication for renting this property truly was excellent! It was after that upon arrival where we have issues. Front desk person was rude and only upon learning we were staying in penthouse sweet did he treat us differently. Run down and dated facility desperately needs attending to. Sat at back bar in morning and could get no help to get service/menu( this was at 9:30 am. Took 15 minutes for us to finally receive hot water in the showers the sliding door to main bedroom was jammed so we could not close the door. No extra blankets in the room and it was freezing with no way to adjust . Barista at bar in lobby does not know how to make smoothies or chai lattes. Blueberry muffins tasted stale. Had high hopes this would be a nice rental as the pictures on VRBO looked nice. I’ve used VRBO for rentals for over two decades and sadly this was a disappointment! The positives were the location and the valet ( very helpful).
