Disappointing. The photos do not reflect the actual condition of the property, which is in great need of maintenance and repairs with some hazards. The shades in the photos are pulled for a reason. Lack of care and cleanliness both inside and out. I was there for work and distracted by the hours spent vacating the property for cleaning, repairs, shopping for basics stated were included, but missing, and communicating with the host and VRBO. Positives were the location and quiet neighborhood.

Quiet-safe location with all the necessities in a petite apartment complex. Easy access to grocery and other stores as needed along with shopping and dining out. Easy access in/out FLL airport. Cozy and comfortable for an adult couples stay looking to enjoy the Ft. Lauderdale, Las Olas area without the noise of the younger generations.

Family Visit

The property is in one of my fab neighborhoods, Victoria Park. You can walk to restaurants and grocery stores. I like that the Dalmar hotel is super close by if you want some night life. The apt. is clean and quiet. It's secure. The bed and pillows were comfy. It was perfect for me. Nice and cozy. I'll be staying there again.

The place was just as advertised. Super clean. Great appliances, very modern and accommodating. The location was perfect. Very convenient to all of Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas.

Cool spot

Awesome place! Check in time was a little late when I flew in with my friends early in the morning. Other than that, communication was great, super fast response time. The apartment was fab and in a great location. One thing, when we would go outside in the back part (which was super cute), it smelled like gas a lot of the time & could feel lightheaded.

The Perfect Spot!

Great location, within walking distance to two grocery stores, and Las Olas. An easy drive to the ocean. We enjoyed walking through the beautiful Victoria Park neighborhood, as well as walks in the park itself. The apartment was spotlessly clean, quiet and private, meeting all our needs. We are planning a return visit next year

Comfortable home away from home

We stayed for 1 night while we were at an event in Ft. Lauderdale. Gabby's place was comfortable and warm, with plenty of perks, including the coffee station. Gabby is a friendly and helpful host. We'll try to stay again, the next time we're in town.

Apartment was accurate as per the online pics. Owners were very nice to deal with. We didn't have a vehicle so found the beach and some other attractions quite a walk away. However, there were some nice restaurants nearby. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighbourhood.

Perfect spot!

My partner and I stayed for two nights and this place is so cozy. The bathroom is a bit tight for my fellow XL people but it wasn't a huge issue for us. Their lil coffee corner sealed the deal for me. The whole vibe of this place is spot on. I'd come back.

Ticks all the boxes and more for a great stay

We have been to Fort Lauderdale several times before and this is the best place we have been to. The whole package is excellent. Communication with the owner very good from beginning to end with clear information about arrival and the facilities. Any questions we had answered fully and it enhanced our stay. It was a real home from home which enabled us to enjoy our holiday in Fort Lauderdale even more. The location has everything you could want. Lovely to stroll out to Victoria park and all its tranquillity and facilities. Within a 10 min walk there were lots of places to eat and drink plus easy access by car to the rest of Fort Lauderdale and surrounding area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all that the accommodation and area offers

Extended stay

Stayed this Gabriela’s property for almost three weeks. A great space to relax and unwind. She had a lot of nice touches that made it your home away from home. The patio is a nice spot to sit and relax as well. Great location and able to walk to grocery stores, restaurants and Las olas. Will stay again!

We had a great stay, the property is well maintained and within a talking distance from a grocery store, large park, ice cream shop and restaurants. The owner responded quickly when we had a need. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice space - great location!

Gabriela's place was perfect for our weekend stay in Ft Lauderdale. It's close to everywhere you need to go and the space itself is very comfortable and very nicely decorated. Perfect for a couple or a few friends. Definitely would recommend!

The property was everything it was advertised to be! Great neighborhood.. And within walking distance from a grocery store and a rooftop pool, if ur into that sort of thing The bathroom was a little bit tight for 2 ppl to be operating/getting showered and dressed at the same time, but we were able to work around that All the accommodations were fantastic!
