Enjoyed my stay, no complaints really besides the little laundry room only takes quarters and has really old machines but they did work. It’s located in a great area, a lot of things to do. We even took a free boat bus right near the apt and there was a lot of free local events while there. On the weekends it gets super crazy with people partying in the local clubs up the street. People do steal the parking but it got a little better the longer I was there, must’ve been getting towed. The first night I had to stay up late to wait for a parking spot so my car didn’t get towed or I didn’t have to pay for public parking. The apt was a decent size, nice kitchen and decent bathroom. Just a bit outdated and toilet was stained. Otherwise this is a great place to stay short term for the price and location and size. I would stay again, came to town to visit family but wanted my own place to sleep.

Everything was good, but parking could've been better. There is onsite parking in the front and back of the property but they fill up quick so there were two nights I had to pay for street parking, which I was not happy about and quite expensive. I wish there would be reimbursement for this. The room was good, clean and had all your basic amenities. I did like the location of the property though, as it's lively and right next to the Riverwalk.

It was like home away from home. Seriously it was well kept, it had all the things need in the kitchen, it had netflix on both tv's, and most of all check in and out was sooo easy.. We will use them again!

They canceled my reservation 15 minutes before check in without trying to contact me for a new credit card, since i had changed it due to fraud. I was then stuck in town with no place and had to spend significantly more to get a last minute booking somewhere else, even though i called them with a new card. Their response was simply "there is nothing we can do, it has been canceled"

First and foremost, I want to say the property was super responsive and gave us a partial refund! We arrived at 11pm and the room smelled horribly of smoke. We left to grab food and came back to all of our stuff already reeking of smoke. We went to bed and found huge clumps of black, curly hair on the drapes and walls. Expedia ended up getting us a refund after being passed around a ton of times but they communicated with us well!

it wasn't terrible, definitely not the type of stay you'll want for an entire week. Didnt come with enough paper towels, and the floors were very dirty, kitchen utensils were not cleaned properly, and lights were not installed correctly they would turn on in the middle of the night directly above us. The trash can was very small had to replace the bag a million times, only came with two bath towels that needed to be used for a whole week. Overall we tried to just go out as much as possible anyways so we weren't there other than sleeping, definitely wouldn't stay again though.

This was a great location if you are going to Fort Lauderdale to party. It is next to the water which is awesome! The unit itself was nice too a lot more spacious than the pics make it look. Overall we would absolutely go back!

Zero Stars - Disgusting Hotel Experience I'm writing this review as a warning to others: avoid this hotel at all costs. My recent stay was an absolute nightmare. The room was filthy, with dirty sheets covered in bodily fluids, including blood. The smell of urine was overwhelming. When I brought this to the manager's attention, I was met with denial and hostility. They called me a liar and threatened to call the police. Unbelievably, they didn't offer to move me to a new room, claiming they were sold out. To add insult to injury, they locked me out of the room I had paid for. When I tried to remove the disgusting sheets to show them the stains, they accused me of destroying the room. The manager even had the audacity to claim that I was responsible for the mess, despite her own staff helping me remove the sheets. The lack of customer service, cleanliness, and basic human decency at this hotel is appalling. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT stay here. Take your business elsewhere.

Reasonably good location and fairly clean. Did not like the service as it’s all on line. When I did get through to complain about lack of parking, the person I spoke to questioned how I knew the cars were not registered with Lowkl! Could not be bothered to investigate as it was obvious workers at the nearby restaurant and its guests were parking there.
