The room was very good. Clean and up to date. Staff was very courteous and efficient. The only drawback I had was that the hotel was away from everything. Unless you had a car, you couldn’t go grab some food or do any shopping.

The hotel is beautiful and centrally located off 595 which makes it easy to get to anywhere in South Florida. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, the only disappointment i had was that the bed sheets were hard and not very comfortable and the tv antenna was not working in my room so i had no stations only on demand movies that cost $24.99 each

Kendra at Check In was genuine and kind. After a long day of travel and activities, it was really nice to see a friendly face checking in around 10pm. My room was cozy and it felt great to settle into crisp clean sheets. I really appreciated the top level of housekeeping. Lastly, I also really appreciated the super fast elevators. Sounds silly to mention, but I've been in a few hotel elevators that seemed to take a long time to get and it's something so small but significant to deal with after a long day. Thank you to the maintenance crew for being on top of things. Really great stay due to how smooth things went with the staff and facilities. It was a true shame that I could only stay one night.
