Good location but dirty

It was the perfect location for us and it had a working kitchen but no working TV. Floor, sheets, pillows and toilet were dirty. Floor was sticky so we needed to walk with sandals. Sheets and pillows looked terrible we borrowed sheets and pillows from our family that lived near by. We bought toilet cleaner and clorox wipes and cleaned the toilet ourselves. There was an off smell in there so we also got a scented candle to help with that. It is a nice place but it needs a deep cleaned.
