We have had the good fortune of experiencing many top-rated hotels which has led us to be able to provide you with the 5-star service you know and deserve during your getaway. No detail goes amiss from the bed linens and mattresses, to our kitchen and outdoor pool- all the designs are reflecting of luxury. Center Beach property can accommodate a total of 14 sleepers.
We invite you to unwind outside on the beautiful covered patio as you look out onto your very own tropical oasis. With a large hot tub that waterfalls into the pool, 3 fountains on the east side of the pool, and bubble jets-there is no better place to relax. The pool also has a barrier fence that can be installed to protect the little ones if informed in advance. If you are in the mood for grilling out, there is a Weber Natural Gas Grill. The gas grill has a side burner and a sear feature for your steaks. The patio is excellent for entertaining, as there is a six-top table, 2 chaise lounge chairs and 2 patio chairs.
Escape after a long sun filled day to the upstairs master suite with a majestic ocean view. The king size bed is waiting for you with a mattress and linens of the highest quality, you’ll feel like you’re in the Ritz Carlton! The room is equipped with a 55-inch LCD TV. Professionally designed walk-in closet is spacious and organized with hangars and a luggage rack. The bathroom has a walk-in that also overlooks the ocean.
The beautiful dining room table can seat 8 and an additional 4 can be seated at the counter. The kitchen is professionally designed. There are top of the line appliances that were installed in 2019. There are four counter stools. For the chef, there are full sets of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, silverware, etc.
There are astounding views of the ocean in the upstairs living room area which is fully outfitted with over size high end slider glass doors, a 65 inch LCD TV, a leather sofa, chairs and cocktail tables. The upstairs patio also has an excellent view of the ocean and is set with a high-end table, 4 chairs and a ceiling fan.
The downstairs living room is very large and has over size high end slider glass doors which lead to the pool and hot tub. The downstairs living room has a 65 inch flat screen TV with a leather sofa, chairs and cocktail tables.
-There are two sofas where the cushions can be taken off and used as a twin bed. High end sheets and pillows are provided.
