The hotel was fully under construction when we arrived and the workers told us it had been for a month. We were not notified of this and it created an inconvenience with clean space to move around, very limited space to get in and out of the building, and reception desk had no room to move around it.

I enjoyed my stay overnight before boarding my cruise. It was great that they allow cruise parking for hotel guest and reasonable priced shuttle from hotel to port. The newly renovated rooms were very clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. My biggest peeve was the workers doing the lobby/1st Fl renovations had no consideration for customers. The work signage didn’t fully match what was taking place. Walking around on stilts plastering during the busiest part of the day, by the solo operating guest elevator. As a retired facility manager, I feel it could have been done at a different non peak time. We still loved it for beauty, closeness to activities, the pier and the beautiful staff. We’ll be back.
