What made this a 5 was the courteous staff. They went out of their way to be warm and kind and welcoming. The room was clean, breakfast was more than sufficient and the amenities were sufficient for what we needed.

Front desk gentleman Erin/Aaron (unsure on spelling) was extremely calm under pressure with chaos of many people coming & going all at once and the lobby full of people hanging out to leave or waiting till check in time. He was able to get us to our room early which was greatly appreciated. Room smelled musty but bed was very comfortable.
