Great stay overall! The check-in staff was friendly and welcoming. Alex at the front desk provided world-class customer service, she was exceptionally kind and very accommodating to my family. She also went above and beyond to meet our needs, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The complimentary airport shuttle service was incredibly convenient and ran smoothly, making our early departure (5am) to FLL airport stress-free. The hotel and room were clean. The front desk staff were very accommodating and got a room ready for us quickly even though we were checking in early. They sent a shuttle to the airport to pick us up. They have a shuttle service for a fee to the cruise ship port. The location is good for shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again.
