Whether you are staying for a night or five everything you need is close by. The Cordova arms is clean and very responsive to any questions, issues or concerns while you stay there. We had a smidge of a parking issue and it was resolved within minutes. Our place was clean and had all the items we needed for cooking (mostly just breakfasts while we were there). We had direct access to the pool, though a little run down, was clean and right on a canal with a nice view. I would recommend this property.

I enjoy my stay, the kitchen was well equipped living room nice and cozy and was very clean , the bed very comfortable .The host was very attentive and kept checking in on me and made me feel very comfortable. It’s unbelievable that some one can rent a place with a door that can fall and kill a small child with no hinges. The place looks dirty and nothing like the pictures. Complete disappoint. I had to book another place for the night because this place was dangerous.

We had a fantastic stay at Cordova Arms. Jason was my contact person and answered all of my questions immediately. He was so kind and accommodating. His kindness & courtesy alone would be enough to want me to stay their again. The unit was fantastic, very modern and comfortable. Everything we needed was available to us. The location was great. It is less than 10 minutes from the airport. It was 5 minutes from the Convention Center, and 10 minutes from the Ft. Lauderdale public beach. There were many restaurant options within this time frame as well. The Southport Raw Bar is less than a block away and was wonderful. I would highly recommend Cordova Arms on the River based on the accommodations, staff, and the location. You will not be disappointed!

From the moment we arrived at Cordova Arms by Rocketstay, we knew we’d found something special. The unit was beautifully appointed—stylish, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. The king‑bed was incredibly cozy, the sofa‑bed spacious. The pool area was a real highlight: a refreshing waterfront setting for unwinding in the Florida sun.
